The Mayor plans to build a large connector road from Woolmarket over the Tchoutacabuffa River to Popps Ferry Road via Riverview.
This road would traverse some of the most pristine resources of the Tchoutacabuffa estuary a home to wintering White Pelicans, fresh and saltwater fisheries and home to both Bald and Golden Eagles.
This road would be designed as a major truck route bringing pollution and noise to the now tranquil area.
